Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

Receipts will be included in your Congress bag. However, if you need it in advance, this can be obtained by contacting ASPIC – Luisa Melo ([email protected])

How will I find out if my abstract is accepted?

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and successful delegates will be notified of their poster or oral presentation by 14 November.

When does registration begin?

You can register from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 5 May 2014.

How do I get to the meeting venue in Lisbon?

A map and directions can be found here and through the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian website.

Is free internet available throughout the day?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.

Is there any car parking at the meeting venue?

Parking spaces are not available at the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. A public parking garage is available at 50m from the FCG (Berna, Rua Marquês Sá da Bandeira) with rates of 1.80€/h, 12.40€/24h (http://www.parkopedia.pt/estacionamento/parque-de-estacionamento/berna/1050/lisbon/), acess from Av. de Berna direction Praça de Espanha - Campo Pequeno.

What methods of payment can I use?

You can pay registration only by bank transfer.

Does registration include meals?

Your registration fee includes lunches, congress dinner and all tea/coffee breaks.

Is it easy to see more of Lisbon outside of the course venue?

Yes it is; the venue is located about 4km from the centre of Lisbon. It is a short trip into the heart of the city from the nearby ‘São Sebastião’ Metro station (5 min. walk: see map at http://www.metrolisboa.pt/informacao/planear-a-viagem/diagrama). You can find further information about the city of Lisbon through the official tourism website.
